QUALFICATIONS Required Education and Experience 1.
4-year degree recommended 2.
3-5 years' experience in a related field Certificates and/or License Valid driver's license is required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers Ability to make decisions recognizing established precedents and practices and to use resourcefulness and tact in solving new problems Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Knowledgeable of the operation and your products.
