WHAT YOU'LL DO Plan and schedule the events for all organizations within the community Plan and schedule all community-wide functions that occur, which includes but is not limited to; holiday parties, fundraisers, variety shows, dances, summer classes and events, etc.
Coordinate and oversee all preparations for the events, including arranging for food and beverages, scheduling volunteers, booking entertainers, collecting ticket sale money, etc.
Arrange vendors and contractors for added value events.
(Pickleball, Line Dancing, Yoga, Massage) Create a monthly activity calendar Organize and review inventory in the kitchen and activity room Must be able to plan, develop, organize, import from outside sources, implement and evaluate quality activity programs (includes entertainment, food events, exercise, relaxation and games, education) Review requests and select vendors to hold informational seminars.
Maintain open and professional communication with community management, residents of the community, and vendors.
Market the community to guests within resort; promote and advertise events to reach clientele on Facebook Work in conjunction with sales team in setting up, planning and hosting events to promote sales.
Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
Plan, oversee and decorate clubhouse and implement special seasonal events Pleasant, professional, and personable manner-ability to exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests and residents.
Must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.
Must be creative in the kitchen and have the ability to prepare meals for large number of people.
Must have the ability to oversee and manage volunteers Professional appearance and attitude Frequent contact with the guests, residents of the community, and the Resort Managers.
Able to lead and motivate people; excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Must be able to effectively manage and operate within budget Self-starter; able to carry out diverse duties with minimal supervision.
Enjoys thinking of new ideas; is creative and resourceful.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
